To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Physical merchandise (e.g., mugs, apparel, candles) may be eligible for replacement if damaged during shipping. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by photo evidence of damage. We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or preference.
To start a return or exchange:
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. If your return is approved, we’ll send a return label (if applicable) and instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos or video showing the issue. We’ll assess the situation and determine whether a replacement or alternative resolution is appropriate.
Exceptions and non-returnable items:
Digital products, downloadable files, and customized resources are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please contact us in advance with any concerns before purchasing.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for physical items confirmed defective with no available replacement. If approved, we’ll process your refund in the original form of payment. Timing may vary depending on your bank’s policies, but most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Lost, damaged, or delayed packages:
We are not responsible for delivery delays due to carrier issues, weather, incorrect addresses, or undeliverable locations. If a package is returned to sender or refused, additional shipping fees will apply to reship.
